Quick start for teachers

Manie Musicale is a free competition celebrating francophone music. Students predict which songs will advance, then vote in head-to-head matches. Only teachers create accounts.

Start with these steps

1. Sign in with your email and register your classes, or renew your registration if you took part before. Use the opening and closing dates shown on your dashboard.
2. Check your registration status and answer any questions from the team. The calendar and available resources on your dashboard help you plan.
3. When the current songs and blank bracket are available, preview the classroom resources and introduce the music. Have students fill out their predictions before voting begins.
4. Collect your classes’ votes and enter your totals during each match’s voting window. Use the deadline shown for that match.
5. Watch for published results and available reveal links. Keep track of actual winners and celebrate with your class. Optional side-contest links appear for approved teachers when available.

Ask for a mentor during registration if this is your first season. For a website or registration question, use the Help Desk. You can also add a backup personal email after approval to keep access to your account.
